Ok, a little off topic but here goes...

I have an older generation set of H7 Apexcones that I went to install in an 08 Audi Q7's fogs. Everything went well until I went to fire the first one up... The light comes on and then after a few seconds the car shuts down power to just that fog lamp. I used a test light to confirm that this is happening on the body side, not the Ballast or Bulb. Now, since I didnt have the other side hooked up yet do you think this could be a cause due to unequal amperage draw?

Does anyone have any insight or has this occurred on any other vehicles? I would really like to get these installed and working correctly. Thank you!

You might have to wire in resistors. I remember when I tried installing my hid fogs into my dad's e60 they wouldn't even power up yet they work fine on my e46. After searching I saw resistors would fix the problem. Not positive that's the resolution for your case but it's something worth researching.
