Slvr328IS 08-30-2007, 08:50 PM I picked up a used roof spoiler from him painted the color of my car. I didn't look at it until I got home, then realized it had a large scuff in the paint. I called and asked for my money back and he said sure. When we spoke the next time to make arrangements, he didn't pick up my call. He later called back and left a message stating "I spoke with my lawyer and he said I do not have any responsibility to you. DO NOT contact me again or I will call the police." He was just trying to scare me, and I realized he was not going to do anything for me. So I kept it, and later sold the roof spoiler just to cut my loses. I have heard of other people having good experiences with him. But I did nothing wrong and the guy was a complete dick to me. I personally would not deal with him again. Paolo E36 PWR 08-30-2007, 09:40 PM never heard of them i dont know why you wouldnt go to some one who already has a rep and is known for good lighting. You should have serviced him with a lawsuit at his workplace. That would have gotten the attention of his underlings and customers at the shop (if there is even a shop) Slvr328IS 08-31-2007, 04:59 PM Wow. You should have serviced him with a lawsuit at his workplace. That would have gotten the attention of his underlings and customers at the shop (if there is even a shop) At the time he did not have his own business, and I was not going to waste my time with someone that did not understand how to conduct business. He probably operates out of his own house right now. I feel bad for anyone that buys anything from him because I doubt he will know how to handle the customer service aspect. KaOTiKM3 08-31-2007, 05:04 PM isn't he a board member gone entrepreneur? Das Auto 08-31-2007, 06:09 PM Yeah, I remember him having a black 325 with M3 kit, special "Khoalty" moulding badges and BBS LM's. Haven't seen him around here in a long time though. |
