Alright, this is going up again.

Here is a 335i project car. The motor is out and the head is ready to be freshened up alittle bit. The motor has 186K miles and had a head gasket going bad. I need this out of my garage in the next week and a half so please come get it.

Things that are included with the car:
1)Chassis (does not have carpet), includes bav auto lower springs and KYB shocks, 206K, CLEAN TITLE, Plastic bumpered 318i 4-door, 5 spd.
2) 3.2/3.5 M30 motor with approx. 186K miles on it
3) Motor mounts that are required to put it in
4) All wiring that is required to put it in
5) Tranny that is required to put it in
6) Driveshaft that is required to put it in
7) Upper and lower gasket sets for the motor

The swap has ALREADY been done to this car, I just picked it out to rebuild but no longer have time. I was told by someone that this was a damn good deal so its my lose, your gain.

I never got to really drive it. I received it, took it off the rig and up the driveway and started taking it apart.

What generation M30 comes with the car? And what was used for the transmission cross brace? Thanks for the prompt updates and will be looking foward to the pics.:redspot

The 2nd gen motor was used, I was told it was the optimum motor for keeping stock (only 185hp with cats/ 211 without cats) but has lower compression...just in case you get the urge to turbo.

I couldn't tell you exactly what transmission cross brace was used. The swap was done already, so I took it out and everything fit good. The tranny shifted well and was in the correct placement.

Does the custom exhaust on the car have a cat? And do you know what engine position it is mounted in or has there been any modification to the firewall?

The custom exhaust does have a cat on it. There was modification to the firewall, it was pounded in.

I am unsure what position it is mounted in, do you mean compared to the company that makes motor mounts for it? The motor is far back from the radiator. I want to say, I haven't seen it in the car since July, the fan was about 2-3 inches away from the radiator.

I have been collecting parts for the car still. I have a hounds tooth sport interior/grey carpet but don't have a rear seat. I have a new dash, crack free, to put in since the one in the car is cracked. I have fogs for it now, one has a small crack in the lens but something is better than nothing.

-Chassis will be delievered to the mechanic for new brake lines
-Head will be seperated and checked, if bad I'll be getting a new head from euroshark

The head is bad and I eurosharks was too. I am WAY over budget for this thing and I am sooo close to getting it done.

The new carpet/seats are installed. The block/water pump/ exhaust manifolds have been painted. I have new urethane tranny mounts, head bolts, dist. rotor for it. Still comes with rebuild kits

EVERYTHING now for $1000. Doesn't come with dash (took out cause it was nasty) and windshield. I took $400 off the price because the you will need to source a head.
