You want to see maintenance? I've got maintenance for ya! :D How about $20K+ in documented services? That should do it! :)

Recent Work/The Good
-*perfect* set of (4) 16" sport package wheels that the previous owner put on from a 99 328is....and to those that know the (4) 15" wheels that early E36's had, you'll appreciate how nice these 16's are. I sure do. :)
-Insanely strong, non vanos bulletproof motor
-Not a single check light on the dash, this car has no engine or transmission issues
-Front ball joints
-Brand new Bosch alternator, that was $400 to replace.
-Recent battery
-Brand new OE Catalytic converter with Oxygen sensor...yeah that was $1500 alone!
-New oe rear muffler, hangers, gaskets, etc.
-Fuel pump and fuel filter
-Coolant, brake, tranny, diff fluid changes
-Runs Mobil 1 synthetic, I need to give it a change here shortly
-Runs a K&N panel filter that was recently cleaned
-New oe clutch
-new rubber intake boot to replace cracked old one
-new radiator, t-stat, aluminum housing, water pump
-belts, hoses
-valve cover gasket and NGK plugs
-front braks pads, rotors, sensors
-recent paintwork to repair some rusted areas, and a minor low speed accident
-a 82 yr old guy hit the previous owner early this year on the front driver's side fender...light enough that the hood and bumper didn't need replacing, but they were reshot to match the front fenders. The insurance company paid for a new replacement driver's side fender, but since the passenger one still had the minor rust behind the tire on the rocker panel, the owner paid $1100 out of pocket to get that one replaced too. I usually hate buying cars with repaint or replaced panels, but let me tell you, on a 200K car where doing so fixes rust, I'm all for it. :) The driver's side headlight is new, as can be seen from how perfect it looks in the pics, and I buffed the haze off the passenger one to the best of my ability, but it still looks a bit faded compared to the brand new driver's side one.
-.....you get the point, the car was maintained dead on
Honest Issues
-It NEEDS new shocks, but I just bought a brand new H&R Cup Kit that will be going on with all new mounts, springs pads, spring plates, strut mounts, shock mounts, reinforcement plates front and rear...all that's included will change the front geometry to 6/92+, all will be installed in a week
-There is some minor rust on the passenger rear fender....the rest of the common areas were taken care of when....
-The OBC doesn't work at all, no lights, nothing...however, ALL the bulbs were replaced in the dash and climate control area, so that lights up brand new, BRIGHT amber at night, which is a rare plus.
-The stereo works, just not the stock tape player, so it needs a cheap $50 cd player to work, and I have a free adapter harness I can toss in.
-No A/c
The non vanos motors were naturally high strung, high compression motors that love to be rung out, and this thing runs GREAT! I've had a 92 with a bunch of Dinan mods, and while this 92 isn't as fast, it sure runs great. And with no vanos to crap out on ya, this car is a no brainer for upkeep, all the expensive stuff has been done already. I mean clutch, cat, rear muffler, 02 sensor, fuel pump...that's $3K worth of stuff done in just the last 3 years.
UPDATED PRICING (9/3/07)
$3900 firm, as I'm now adding the 16x8's with brand new tires as well as the entirely new suspension set up.
