I wouldn't buy them. My orignal runflat was patched. It doesn't the pressure after it was patched. I have to add air monthly. That is better than spending $400 for a replacement.

Purchased Michelin PS/2 runflat replacement at 26k. It was special order from an authorized Michelin dealer.

I went to Firestone and bought a replacement 255/40R18 for $300. My first replacement tire for a BMW, I just about crap myself. I used to own a Honda with regular tires and got replacement tires for $90 a peice.

I feels like prices at tire dealers are much more expensive than online retailers.
