I have a Dinan carbon fiber intake on my 1995 M3. It is a "Cold air" long tube that puts the filter right behind your fog light duct. The filter definately needs cleaning, the Dinan sticker is peeling, if that matters to anyone.

I will be driving snoqualmie pass often enough this winter that I should probably get a stock airbox to prevent sucking up water.

I would like to get a stock airbox+$300 or whatever the going rate for used Dinan intakes is these days.

I am also contimplating selling/trading+$ my bilsteins and eibach springs for stock. Mine have around 30,000 miles on them.

How much cash would you want on top for the suspension.

sold my dinan CF locally for $250 and from the sounds of it, was in better shape than yours.

you'll regret selling, and there isn't a chance in hell you'd suck up water into the intake unless you plan on driving into a lake.

I bought my dinan intake for 240 complete with all the brackets and cover.

I got mine for $250 with brackets and cover.

I have a stock box and parts if you need them. I have no idea how much to sell it to you for.

Alright, I seem to remember them being about $500. I dont really care either way, I am not trying to rip anyone off here. How about $150+ your old airbox?

Also, this intake sits only about 5" above the ground. Maybe it is not the same kind or style you guys are thinking of? to me it seems like right behind the foglight duct 5" above ground is a pretty common place to drill some standing water in the dead of winter.
