I swear it is like pulling teeth to get a response from these guys. I bought some floor mats over a month ago and they were on backorder so they did not know when they would be delivered. I was OK with that and told them that I would wait for them and not cancel my order.

Fast forward to today. First off, they DO NOT answer the phone EVER!!!!! You have to email to get ANY response. Secondly, the only response I could ever get from them was after I sent an email that may have hinted I was getting upset. All that I wanted in the emails was a simple status check. Just shoot me an email saying they are still on backorder or not. Once a guy emailed me back saying he would check on it but guess what? No return response. I rarely hear back from them when I send emails. It just gets very aggravating.

I have decided that I will not use them again due to their poor customer service so I just though that I would let you know.

I might have a strange case here or even a fluke but I can't send people money and then not only get nothing from them but also get no responses.

This is Erick, I work in the sales department at KO Performance. Although I am not at the office right now and I cannot inspect the inbox, I am fairly sure we have not received any e-mails from you this past week. If you did e-mail us, it might have been overlooked and I apologize for that. I will double check this first thing tomorrow morning.

We currently have two lines at KO Performance, and you only get the voicemail if both lines are busy. I have not seen your name ring once at my time working there. (From 1-7pm EST) More to that, there are no voicemails either (which I have kept up with those to date).

I apologize for any inconvenience in your order. I cannot double check what your order is about until tomorrow, but I vaguely remember this regarding a set of floor mats that have been back ordered for a while, and I am fairly certain we notified you of that a few weeks back. If you would like to contact us, give us a call between 1-7est and someone will gladly take care of you. In the event that no one picks up, you can leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Perhaps you can help me out since no one over there has gotten back to me in months. I sent an email today asking for a refund. The service has been completely unsatisfactory.
