Did a search for nahrods on bimmerforums and found nothing. Anyone ever heard of these guys?

Here is the kit. Note that the video brags about a supercharged LS6, but this kit is for a NA LS1. (http://www.nahrods.com/products/index.php)

I haven't seen that for at least a week :)

Have they actually started selling kits?

One of my coworkers is a friend of the guy who drives the LS6 S/C'ed E36. Since Utica is about 40 minutes away from where I live, I have yet to see the car.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but you need to research this a lot more before you start on your project.

Whoever edited that video needs to be smacked... 3-second clips of almost-tantalizing footage, then stupid dissolve fade to another almost-tantalizing clip.

Hello everyone I was told to signup here by a friend, because their was talk about are kit, feel free to let the questions fly. Hey Joez give us a ring and stop by I see that your not that far away. Hey L3000c you will be surprised how long it can take someone to figure out that its not just a stock m3 with a supercharger, the point of the charger was to help it, but with some people, it goes right over their head.

I've been meaning to get out there. I'll give you guys a ring to see what your hours are and check it all out. Right now I need to replace the output shaft seal on my tranny as it's leaking, but I should have that taken care of by this weekend. I'd love to see what you guys have got going on, I'm just in the Albany area so it's a quick ride out.

Do you use the t56 or what ever the gm 5-speed is? I would love an ls1 swap, but i hate that tranmission i drove my friends trans am and it was like shifting in a box of marbles.

It has the t56 6 speed, maybe its the stock shifter (it has a rubber insert)that gives it that feel , I like the solid shifts the t56 provides.

I used a T56 rebuilt by RPM Transmissions. I also needed to do some custom work to make the shifter work in the Z3, as the shifter hole in a Z is several inches further back than in an e36 and therefore the stock shifter location on a T56 is about 6" short.
