I still need a drop pretty badly, and the contours will stay on until I get a nice set of aftermarket rims. It drives like a completely different car now - I love it...
Teaguer 08-25-2007, 05:28 AM Do you two drive around attached at the hip everywhere you go ?
elemental59437 08-25-2007, 01:12 PM LMFAO.. mmmayybeee.. I have known him since second grade (he was in first).. and we both work at Perot Systems. He lives down the street from me.. so basically, yes..
The first pictures was the day after I got my car and the last pictures were last night after the game.
Bimmerista 08-25-2007, 01:29 PM It needs ambers, LTWs, & a drop
Faerus 08-25-2007, 02:09 PM Hello my old contours, they look good!
elemental59437 08-25-2007, 02:32 PM It needs ambers, LTWs, & a drop
Ambers and a drop, yes...
Bimmerista 08-25-2007, 02:41 PM What kind of tires do you have? They look pretty beefy (especially from the rear)

ghey BFGs
+1 BFG I'm unimpressed with them.
I had them the KDW2's just like you have.
I now have Potenza RE-01R's I love them I noticed a difference also. :)
But not the KDW2's are a bad tire they're good.
weaksauce 08-25-2007, 05:21 PM wow, so you added some smaller diameter wheels and a wing, and it now drives better?
mehdate 08-25-2007, 06:13 PM Do you two drive around attached at the hip everywhere you go ?
Anything wrong with that? Difference between "friends" and "family" imo.
+1 on the BFGs not being the greatest tires ever but theyre good highperformance all season tires plus we got a good deal since we both picked up a set. Looks good Ahmad! :alright
elemental59437 08-25-2007, 06:39 PM wow, so you added some smaller diameter wheels and a wing, and it now drives better?
I didnt say that the wing made a difference in the drive of the car, I just assumed everyone would understand that it makes a difference in the look... and if you dont believe that different size/weight rims and different size/compound tires dont make a difference - you are welcome to come over and drive the car, swap the old ones on and drive it again. :rolleyes
I am not going to be tracking the car anytime soon, and these are good tires for what they are. I am happy with them, I will leave it at that.
QuestMCoupe 08-25-2007, 06:56 PM Looks good, but you need to do a proper shoot to do the car justice.:)
MCM97 08-25-2007, 07:25 PM looks rice ;)

Veriest1 08-25-2007, 11:47 PM good luck lowering your car with 255s
:nono It's possible.
Will probably need a roll.
hinzm3 08-26-2007, 12:51 AM ahhhh I remember those days...
Eww contours ;)

I had 255s with rolled fenders and GC coilovers. That sucked!! they rubbed everywhere but maybe that was because they were kumho gigantor 255/40s :dunno I would never do that again
elemental59437 08-26-2007, 02:30 AM Mehdate is running the same 255's on 8.5's with slammed GC's and rolled fenders and is rubbing. He said he was going to raise his a little but will prob need to get the fenders pulled anyways. I dont want to go too low on my M3 because it is mainly a daily driver.. I will make my P5 the track/race car.
I should be a little better with the 8.5's. Mehdate and I both would have done 245's looking back now. The BFG's are just wider size for size compared to *most* tires. Ohh well, not like these will last too long with the random runs we seem to have.
weaksauce 08-27-2007, 08:27 AM I have a pair of those 255's sitting in my storage shed. Wanna buy a spare pair for $100?
mehdate 08-27-2007, 09:38 AM good luck lowering your car with 255s
Ha! My car is slammed and rolled fenders and its barely rubbing in the rear. I need to raise it up a bit so i can fit into my sisters apt complex tho :(. But slammed on 255s all day everyday no problem! looks mean as hell too!:devillook

ROCK PAPER SCISSORS - Best 2/3 WINS...
elemental59437 08-27-2007, 02:07 PM ROCK PAPER SICCORS - Best 2/3 WINS...
I think the two best spelled words out of those three would be rock and.... paper.. did I win?
Faerus 08-27-2007, 03:06 PM Yeah, on my M3, from what the guy told me only rubs in the rear on big bumps, but no front rubbing. The suspension is quite stiff though, but I'm running 255 Falken Azenis RT-615s on 17x8.5 Koseis, for now :D. Some slightly larger tires and wheels will be coming soon :cool.

Faerus 08-27-2007, 05:15 PM fixed:D
Haha, nice! I would go so far as to say I'm immobile so to speak, but not for long! Got another sponsor though, he'll be providing the widebody front fenders and rear flares :).
