So I'm trying to fix the headrest problem (the motor is not working) in my driver's seat. First step, remove the driver's seat back. How is this done??

I tried pushing up and pulling out the panel but it won't budge.

This (http://www.bmwtips.com/tipsntricks/tips_pages/seat_clicking_fix2.htm) says use a ruler if you can't pull it out. Hope that helps.
