on my 94 e36 325i bimmer i want to put some 18s on it, right now i think they have stock 15s, but i was wondering if the 18s would fit, and get low profile tire without tire rub. is this possible? or do i need to go for 17s instead?

whether they would technically fit or not 18's (as a generalizaton) look ridiculous on e36's
get 17's

It depends on the style of the rim. Some wheels will look smaller then they really are due to the styling, vice versa.
OP - what wheels are you looking to get? Whether they fit or not will vary mainly to the offset and the tire size your wanting to use. I have a 245/35/18 in the rear with a mild fender rolling w/o and rubbing issues.

18s look good and won't have any fitment issues if you get the right offset.

how come the 3rd link rims wont fit?

the first two wheels would fit... but you will have to run 225/40/18 size tires on the first one and 225/45/17 size tire on the second one...
I honestly do not trust any wheels made in taiwan or china anymore since they are not as durable and tend to crack after a year of careful daily driving....

The second rims won't fit, they have a 25mm offset.
