My right rear wheel was out of round just enough that it could not be balanced.

They did an excellent job with very good communication. Their web site is about the worst I know of currently on the 'net but the results are for real.

They are in the Hickory NC area and the BMW/MB dealership's service department there gave them an unequivocal recommendation so I took the chance. It turned out very well.
