I was out driving tonight..had to do some work at a friends place, and was in a hurry to get there. Anyway, I was racing this older silverado (was actually just trying ta get in front of him cause my lane was ending but he wasn't lettin me). We were both going around 100 km/h (i think like 55mph?)..and i was thinkin of just givin up pullin in behind him cause the speed limit was only 50 km, but when I started slowing down he did as well (prick)..any way i said f*ck it, down shifted to 3rd and floored it. Before he knew what was going on it was too late, i was already pulling away. Not enough space yet to cut in though, and i notice two pigeons in the middle of my lane. They'll fly away I thought, they always fly away right before yer about to him em. Nope. I hear a little cluck under the car and see a single feather fly up beside my window. I look in the rear view mirror and see what's left of the bird fly out (well not really fly..pretty sure it was dead) and hit the tire of the truck behind me as i cut in front of him. :)

poor flying rat, they never get out of the way. my friend hit one in a sable and it slammed into the radiator instantly killing the thing. damn disease ridden birds!

Good kill, it would have had you in the twisties and in the air though.
I think their 0-60's are like 5 seconds, with nice 60 foots.
