rule is no discussion over banned members. However, seeing that his site is a package of lies, I will set the record (as I know it, as I didn't have a part in his banning) straight. he was not banned for reporting kiddie porn, but for a NUMBER of activities that were against the rules that he took part in for as long as I could remember. These included, but I'm sure were not limited to: a wide verity of personal attacks against many members, the making of a number of fake (ie) joke threads where he attacked people, reporting threads that had nothing in need of reporting, and attacks against moderators and administrators both opening on the forum, and in private through PM. When all of these actions were lumped together, you have a pretty strong case for bannage.

I don't want anyone to feel afraid to report posts that need to be reported: ones that actually break the rules. What you should be afraid of doing is all of the above mentioned reasons why he was banned. If you find kiddie porn, or any other item that needs to be reported, do so. We will handle it when we get the chance. NWS applies to mods as well, and sometimes it means it takes us a little longer to investigate those threads.
