also anyone know of any good parts sites where I could go to get bmw parts for my old 320i thanks.

It is a 1.8 liter rated at 101 hp. The '77-'79 320i's had a 2.0 liter rated at 110 hp. Try www.bavarianautosport.com for a pretty good selection of parts.

I have 16in Team Dymanices Motorsports, FastE21 is right tho, check with E-bay here and there, they sometimes have rare stuff. I beleive there are some good stuff right now.
