Are these the low beam projectors? Are they the H1 bulbs, or is it a HID kit? Do they through a cell? How old are they? is there anything wrong with them in any way? How bad is the pitting/rock chips? and do they have the full low and high beam capability?

Have a stock hu but thanks, need a stock airbox for obd2
