Well on my way to work this morning cruising at 65 I noticed a familiar black A4 driven by a guy that works in the building next to mine. He is kinda on my tail with his HIDs gleeming in my rearview, then they flash so I move over thinking he's in a hurry, he pulls dead even with me and starts honking, I was still kinda out of it as I am before coffee at 5:30am. He jumps as I was not in a race mindset but quickly pulls back to even and I honk once as I shift into 3rd, he honks 3 times and we hit it, I pulled slightly on him and then as I shifted into 4th I lept infront of him, not really looking back I took the car all the way to 100 and then figured he gave up. As our exit came he was back on my tail, this exit is a double s curve and I love it, I worked in and out of it to the trafic light and left him well behind me, when we pull into the parking lot we talked for a bit, seems he missed 4th gear and just reved up neutral so that explained how I jumped on him, but he was amazed at how I work the curves of the exit, we are planning another run maybe on the drive home today. Its always fun to mess with the guys from Audi.

Nice little addition, this morning I pulled up behind a newer S4 on the same road and had a little fun staying right on his tail as he worked through a little traffic at 90 100mph, I was actaully suprised how well I stayed with him.

eh, the Jetta and A4 are on different platforms.

Is his car a Quattro 1.8t? If so, those things are super slow from a rolling start stock. If it is, I'm suprise you didn't pull on him more.
