So I went to the driving range today for the first time in about 4-5 years. Growing up I used to play every day because we used to live on a golf course. Had a great day at the range was averaging about 225+ a drive. Now I think I am doing to get back into the "swing" of things. Does some one have a decent set of clubs laying around to fit a 6ft right hand male.

Check out West Ga Golf.

http://www.wgagolf.com/index.cfm

I got my clubs from them. They have their in-house brand, which are similar to Ping Eye irons. I got a closeout set for $100, putter for $20, and a driver for another $25.

It's a drive, but worth it to save $200+ on new clubs.

Oh, they also custom-fit your shafts while you wait for no extra charge.

Other than that, check out Play It Again Sports, if those are still around.

I need to get back out on te range as well.

I just started playing again but before I quit I started making my own clubs with golfsmith products. Oh and I would highly suggest going to a large 440 + cc head. When I was playing about 7 years ago I could hit my 350cc head on a good day 300 yards. I have hit my new driver 325 only after a few rounds and I I think I will hit it longer after I get used to it. Look into making your own set, if you need tips let me know.

This is true, I forgot to mention, if you do not want to build your own check out CL, there are some great deals on there. I saw a set of Ping eye II on their for $200 3-w. I play blades but always have my ping Eye II' for back up. Good solid old school blade.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I stopped playing golf everyday when I graduated high school. That was in 1998, and since then I played randomly in college. My knowledge of golf cubs is almost none existent now. I high school I was a par- 3 over golfer. The last time I played was in Hilton Head and I think I was about 10 over. Needless to say some of the skills are gone. I was very pleased with my driving range performance yesterday. I was using a bent and dented driver from the range yesterday. I think I might go to the PGA store today and check out the new technology and clubs I like then try to find the on CL or very similar ones.
