As a newbie, I wouldn't expect to be "in" on whatever is supposedly on the calendar, but since the calendar only goes up through January 2007, it isn't terribly relevant. Please clue me in -- why would anyone check a calendar that's seven months old?

Ah, I'm not that much of a newbie -- I already knew about the birthday list, which is no different than any number of boards running this software. Since the word "calendar" was used, I thought folks were talking about a calendar, as in the calendar link at the top of each page in the line starting with "User CP" (I'd post a link, but I'm still under that newbie restriction):

User CP - FAQ - Forum Rules - Calendar - New Posts - Search - Quick Links - Zoints - Log Out

I figured it was yet another newbie restriction on board functionality.
