hey guys

i got new tie rods and struts put on my

98 540I and went to get it aligned

i got it done but the front wheel look like they are straight up and down?
Arent they supposed to be towed in alittle like the rear??

they gave me a sheet with the report sayin "The manufacturer does
not specify Front Camber and Caster adjustments"
so i dont know is they are supoosed to be straight up and down

i know people say to fill the gas and they need to put weight in the car??
Is this true as well?

here is the measurments they did for me mayb someone can tell me is this is right.

with full gas and no weight: 19inch rims

left front camber 0.1 right front camber 0.1
left front caster 5.9 right front caster 5.5
left front toe 0.16 right front toe 0.16
total toe front 0.32
steer ahead 0.00

left rear camber -1.9 right rear camber -2.1
left rear toe 0.19 right rear toe 0.18
total toe rear 0.37
thrust angle 0.01

is theresomething wrong here??

All you need to worry about is whether or not when the steering wheel is straight the car goes straight. And FYI My wheels are not angled in.

it can be many different things. alignment, brakes, weight distribution, tire pressure, road surface, shocks, struts...

I know I called a lot of shops to get mine aligned and no one would touch it, I heard a ton of diffrent reassons. Weight needed in back, specail adjusters and gods knows what else. So just made a apiontment with the dealership.
