You sure it's the 25th? SCCA says they're having some kind of Enduro thing at NHIS that day. http://www.ner.org/schedule.htm

Says its on the 25th. It doesnt use the track tho. They set up the parking lot for this event. Ive done a few of them before, they are a guaranteed fun time and a good way to learn your car even more. I might join ya guys ill decide in the next day or two

Ah got it, cool. I'm thinking about it also, not sure if I have anything else going on that weekend. I've missed a lot of drinking and bonfires up at the lake this year.

You guys will have a blast, I did one in July, the ADSS is absolutely a fun learning experience. Make the most of it and learn to push your car a little bit. The wet skid pad is so fun its ridiculous.

Make sure to talk to the instructors, mingle, make friends. If you become an avid member you will be sure to see them at a lot if not every event. They are all incredibly helpful and very knowledgable.

Some tips:
Get there w/ gas in the tank, no time to fill up till lunch if need be.
Bring some snacks and a lunch (if you don't want to eat pizza)
Stay hyrdated, they have water there, maybe bring a few of your own too.
***Go with a dirty car, trust me it will get trashed from all the water activity***
Be on time.
Have open ears.
Enjoy yourselves and really go for it. It is a great testing opp. for the cars, especially those w/ modified suspensions to learn what you need to dial in/out.

I'm totally game for doing another one, but probably not until next season since this new project will need my attention on weekends from here on out if I want it done by Show & Shine.

If there are any breaks during the day, wander up the hill a little bit to the grandstands that overlook turn 6 of the NHIS road course if you wan to see the racers on track..

Saturday is full of qualifying sessions and qualifying races - the "real" races are Sunday (20-lap regional races in the morning, 3-hr enduro in the afternoon). Look for the blue Z3 (race group 6 for the regional races, and I'll also be attempting the enduro)..

Mmm the bowl...so not intimidating from the grandstands, but a whole other bitch from eye level.

Thanks! I think UUC should give me a crazy deal on cluth/flywheel, I am probably responsible for 20% of their NE exhaust sales!
