about the autox, i have meet a couple of you with wade, but my memory isn't that good with names and faces until meeting a couple of times. i will not be attending this next event though. those of you who havent gone, you can check out some of my videos at lvrscca.org to see what it is like. look under photos heading. there you will see videos that were taken by myself and my wife (provided by sam). also check out some of my photos of the events. you will see some of your bimmers and others that have attended.

a white m3 got me at the last event by .5 second. but i did whip him the event before.

Thanks Marq. We should probably get a meet setup sometime @ probably Planet Hollywood casino because that casino parking garage doesn't get that crowded. I'll say some really nice retail stores opening in Milestone mall in Planet Hollywood.

ie springs and front 25mm sway bar, koni adjustables, ebc green and ss brake lines. thats about it for mods that make a difference. motor still stock, all bushings stock. a lot has been done in the maintance department. you can see the whole list of what i have done in a posting here on page two "fs 89 bmw 325i 4dr auto las vegas".

before you ask, the car is not for sale (unless the price is right). decided to keep it and build it the way i have always planned. when i come back from san fran, a 5 spd swap is the next thing i will do. so if anyone knows anyone in town who is selling a very cheap 325i or 325e let me know.


also about the 850, i work at honda west. it is an auto. i think they will be asking 16k for it.

The diy says it helps to get the old bushing out of its housing on the subframe. Not ever having done it, I have no idea if it's absolutely necessary or not. I'll work on the pullers. My father-in-law might have some -- he's coming in Oct though.

you can rent the puler from checkers or autozone. if you want some cheap pullers try harborfreight.com They have two store here in vegaa one on Decatur next to 4wheel parts and the other on either flamingo or trop on the east side I cant remember which. I got one when I needed it and it worked fine, but its in my storage in cali.

NO NO NO, i definitely want a stickshift car but in all honesty i'll take whatever i can find for whatever i can & i like i guess just so much to choose from lol. Well I found 1 M roadster also @ same Desert BMW that i'll look at with almost 70k miles for 15k manual that i'll check out also.

The car is paid off, if i were to total it out i'd lose some money because the insurance wouldn't give me that much on the car whether its paid off or not but car still isn't ready but i test drove the 3.0L Z3 Roadster @ Desert BMW today ran pretty strong, no problems, i asked them if they could do full inspection on the car make sure no problems & no leaks & they said yeah they can with just a lil charge but whatever gets the job done.

But i still gotta look at a few other cars.. GRRRRRRRRRr stupid work schedule this week is what pisses me off.

He'd pull bout half car up and then he'd have nothing, we were dead even until i hit my rev limiter. I think he heard my rev limiter and shut down, or the bike has a governer? I dont know too much about bikes so I dunno. I just know at 140 we were dead even, he gave me a thumbs up and we pulled through some traffic and I slowed down as I was comin into primm, dont need a 140mph speeding ticket.

i raced a bike on my way back from cali, a suzuki 600. we did some 80-140 pulls up hill and through some turns. He'd pull bout half car up and then he'd have nothing, we were dead even until i hit my rev limiter. I think he heard my rev limiter and shut down, or the bike has a governer? I dont know too much about bikes so I dunno. I just know at 140 we were dead even, he gave me a thumbs up and we pulled through some traffic and I slowed down as I was comin into primm, dont need a 140mph speeding ticket.
