My wife enjoys starbucks and has a hol in her lip. So on the seatbelts there is stains from the starbux. does anyone know of any "special" way to get the stains out. I have tried different things with only the stains lightening up. Any Ideas?

Yeah, I hate it when my piercing leaks! (J/K)
I have a hot water extractor I use for carpets. I do seatbelts by taking a large towel and fold it into 4ths and put that behind the seatbelt and hot water extract them to look brand new again. If you don't have an extractor you might want to try Woolite and use the same basic technique. I'd use very hot water mixed with Woolite and in a spray bottle spritz the seatbelt. Maybe a good clean brush to agitate and work the cleaning solution then I'd soak it with plenty of water and use a wet dry vacuum to suck all the water out. You might want to do this a couple times if it doesn't come out after the first time.
The best thing about the extractor is the heat and the suction. The "by hand" method that mimics the machine might work as good - just not as fast maybe.
Good luck.

Just curious, what have you used so far?
I'd probably try a few different things in my arsenal. Folex, Resolve, diluted Meguiar's All Purpose Cleaner. Might be worth trying to pick up some 303 Fabric Cleaner to see if it would work.

Seat Belts:
Clean seat belts with a Woolite™/distilled water solution, for spot stains use a fabric cleaner (303 Cleaner & Spot Remover ™) Pull the belts from the retractor and gently close the door on the belt, clean and allow to air dry before opening the door and retracting the belt.
Do not use bleach or strong detergents, or dye on the seat belts as this may severely weaken them and render them ineffective in a crash.
While you are cleaning the belts, take the opportunity to closely inspect them for damage and security of attachment, ensure here are no cuts, tears or abrasions (you should always inspect for damage etc if they get caught by a closing door)
After a while the seat belt mechanism becomes slow and / or will not retract when released. This can be avoided by cleaning the upper anchor; as the seatbelt retracts it leaves behind a film of dirt, which builds up over time. But by taking a Q- tip and some Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) you can clean the seat belt anchor / retracting mechanism. Once clean add some Plexus Plastic Cleaner to provide lubrication.

I removed the seat belts from my project car, extended them all the way and clamped them with vice grips. Then submerged them in hot water for an hour, sprayed them with simple green and used a firm brush to clean them up. Then rinsed with hot water again, then cool water. Got out the shop vac and sucked the water out. Then laid them out to dry :)
