Cobra Jet

I'm putting this out here to see if there is any real interest - I don't HAVE to sell or trade. I'm looking into jumping back into an E36 M3 if at all possible, so if there is anyone who's interested in trading, here's all the specs/info below:
LOCATION: SOUTHERN NJ
1994 Cobra coupe
129,xxx original miles
Production date off door decal: 01/94
TRUE SVT Cobra - "D" in VIN. I do not have the SVT Certificate, as I never called Ford to get it - however, I CAN get it anytime. Do your Cobra research as well, this is an early build 94 Cobra which does NOT have and never came with the "SVT" on the rear deck lid. Yes, the rear bumper cover is supposed to say "MUSTANG", not "Cobra". Yes the fiberglass hood is the same as the 94-95 GT's. Being an early build, this vehicle also has functional top side hood vents and fully functional lower C pillar side vents that vent fresh air to or over the rear brakes - Ford closed/welded these fresh air openings shut on later SN95 94-98's...
I'm the 2nd owner. The car was 100% BONE STOCK when I purchased it (and I have documented pics of it's condition at time of purchase). Every upgrade or mod has been completed during my ownership and all upgrades or mods are tasteful. For the most part, all mods were done so that the vehicle's appearance basically remains as it came from the factory. I retain every single receipt for all parts, mods or maintenance related issues (folder is like 3" thick). Clean & clear NJ title in hand with NO prior issues EVER. I also have the original CarFax I ran before I bought it and a semi current CarFax.

OTHER:
Speedo gear & internal trans tailshaft gear has been correctly changed so that speedo reads DEAD ON ACCURATELY and CORRECTLY for the FMS 3.73's
All AutoMeter mechanical gauges have SS braided lines - NOT copper, NOT nylon.
Entire 8.8 rear was completely rebuilt when 3.73's were installed (all new TIMKEN axle bearings, all new seals, new Timken pinion bearings, new front pinion seal, etc.)
ABS sensors on rear were replaced when rear was rebuilt
Fog lights are wired correctly to work independently of the headlights (meaning, you can operate the fogs at any time without having to have the headlights "on" - and they will stay on if you turn the highbeams on)
All clutch components were replaced when original clutch crapped out at about 108k - new King Cobra clutch, new KC pressure plate, new FMS flywheel, new Teflon rear main seal, new Centerforce TOB, new FMS pilot bearing, new steel bearing retainer, new seal behind bearing retainer, new tailshaft seal, T5 tailshaft sealed properly after internal gear was swapped, new ARP flywheel bolts, T5 drained & filled w/ new fluid, etc.
GT40 heads have proper plugs installed into them where emissions crossover tube used to be located - so NO exhaust leaks or issues.
There have been multiple maintenance related components replaced due to age (multiple sensors, starter, hoses, pcv valve, pcv screen, etc) and I have ALL receipts to prove ANY part(s) replacement, mods, etc.
MOST RECENT REPAIR - entire vacuum line from charcoal canister to engine was replaced with new fuel line. The old rubber line was dry rotted and cracked. Canister Purge Solenoid was also replaced too w/ genuine Motorcraft part.
~~~~
WHAT THE CAR NEEDS:
1) both front tires are worn on edges due to local alignment shops not knowing how to %$#@! adjust aftermarket CC plates. I have already priced the exact tires I have on the car on TireRack.com (they are currently $85.00 each to replace via TireRack - I had paid well over $100 each locally when I bought the 275/40's)
2) rear bumper cover has surface scuffs/scratches from prior owner - this could easily be remedied by removing it from the vehicle and having a good body shop respraying it (touching it up).
3) L & R ball joints - easy repair and can be done by any "home" mechanic
~~~~~
This Cobra has NO ISSUES. DON'T let the accumulated mileage scare anyone - because even w/ 129k on it, everyone who sees the car can't believe the miles until they look at the odometer. The car is CLEAN inside, outside, under the hood and when looking under the car. The car is mechanically sound!
I am not going to say my car is *mint* - a *MINT* vehicle is one that has just been delivered to a showroom and has NO miles on it... My car is close to excellent condition for a 1994 vehicle based on history & overall condition and having 129k highway miles. It does have some very minor dings and small stone paint chips from daily usage on NJ highways (these cannot be seen in pictures). On a scale of 1-10 (10 being best), I would give it an honest 8.9 for complete overall condition.
NO BS here - everything above is factual, car is well documented in pics that I have and folder full of receipts, plus I have nothing to hide. I purchased the car when it had 80k on it, all of the accrued miles are highway miles (I was putting 300+ miles a week on it, until I purchased my Bronco).
Driver's side door still has original Dealer issued Motorcraft oil change sticker affixed to inside edge of door. This has been on the door since 1995 which documents that the car only had 12,xxx original miles on it in 1995... :)
Asking $10,000.00/obo - price is negotiable, CASH talks.
TRADE info: I'm looking to trade for an E36 M3. Prefer 2 door coupe, 5 spd, w/ Black interior or Dove Gray. I would also prefer a car that has been well kept, clean on the inside, clean on the outside, has some or all maintenance history/documents, clean engine bay w/ clean & clear Title. Basically, I'm looking for an M3 that is in the same or similar condition as my Cobra, with all working components and no damages. I am NOT interested in any project vehicles, NO salvage/theft/flood/recovery vehicles and NO vehicles on a lien. All trade offers will be taken into consideration.

NOTE: My Cobra was selected by NITTO Tire Company over 3 months ago to be in a nationally run NITTO advertisement that has appeared in a few of the major Mustang magazines. My car and several others was selected out of thousands of entries. The ad is currently in the September 2007 Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords magazine. The ad is a two page ad found immediately on the inside cover of the magazine - my car is on the 2nd page of the ad, 1st car, last row of ad.
