Help please , had to call AA breakdown service today, E39 523i, Mar 98, engine just cut out and would not re-start, turns over but not starting, turned everything off and waited approx 20 mins then it starts first time .
AA man no answers as no fault when inspecting, suggested possibly fuel pump relay
Any ideas b4 I go to garage and get ripped off
