Well, my car's been under construction for 3 months, and is two parts and an hour's work away from being finished... and it's taken three weeks to get there. The parts we ordered (a tweeter, door mirror glass, and one hood washer y-joint) were next-day ordered, and we still haven't gotten them, three weeks on. they were PROMISED to be here by today, which they aren't, and the dealership really stiffs you by saying "oh well" to just about everything. We've been talking from service department guy to s.d. guy and still haven't spoken to someone even remotely competent.


My advice is to avoid Chapman BMW on Camelback Rd. in Phoenix, AZ
