Yea quite a bit but just doing the engine swap was easy. The thing my friend and I did was (from the front back): Front fascia (not complete), front fenders, hood in a couple days, Engine + tranny swap, rack and pinion, front suspension, brake lines, fuel lines, fuel tank + pumps and senders, Rear diff. and rear suspension, all the brakes, whooooole WIRING HARNESS (engine and passenger compartment) .............required taking out the entire interior (seats, dash, center console, gauges, steering wheel, Sunroof assembly, Heater box, Carpet, alll the computers + EWS Relignment which required towing it to a BMW dealer to "Realign/reprogram it") After that we cut out the floor boards where the passenger in the back put their feet cause of rust and welded it up with new metal, cut out the corner where the dead pedal is and the same thing on the passenger side and welded those holes up, bondo'd it, and painted it. Bondo'd all the holes where the rear seats were and painted it. P.O.R.'d spots where their was just some surface rust. Replaced the 3 Valve cover gaskets, sanded down the valve cover and painted it that frosty Gold color you see with High heat engine enamel. Running no clutch fan so I just ordered all the parts yesterday that are needed for the Fan Mod and just got em today from BavAuto (NH to NY = 1 day ..wahoooo!)

O and all that x2 cause we completely stripped down two cars, a 318is and a t-boned M3 and then built a better, faster, stronger M3.
