August 26th New Country BMW/MINI will be hosting an event for our ct BMW CCA chapter members as well as MINI owners. It will take place at New Country BMW's parking lot located in Hartford Ct from 10-1:30pm. Attending this event will be a Dinan Rep, Carfax, Attention to detail, and a rep from High Fidelity sound. There will be no cost to get in this event but our focus is BMW/MINI owners only.

FREE BBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No you do not as long as you come here with your bmw or mini its free. The chapter will be here as well.

I had not heard from the Chapter the event was actually taking place and on what date
The last e-mail I have from the board was it was suggested

I'll plan to stop by

FYI:
As I am on the board(member at large), and get the board member broadcast e-mail I have not seen anything yet confirming this via that channel

you may want to contact bob m. again and see if in deed an e-mail has been sent out, maybe contact Dave R. as I have not seen a broadcast e-mail either from the chapter.

there is not much time to let people know

Thanks, when I spoke to Bob M he had put the date on the calender as is CVC Open house at New Country Bmw In Hartford so Ill have to touch base with him again.

I'm gonna try and make it. I'm a bit embarrassed to be a CVC member for 7+ years and have only gone to one event :(

The only thing you need to do to take advantage of this great hospitality is to show up. The event takes place from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

It would appear that a parking pass is required for the BMW event due to the concert next door. The pass is here, print and bring one with you...

Due to a concert at the Dodge Music Center, scheduled for 12:30, the start time for the Open House is moving up to 10:00. Festivities will end at 1:30.

In addition, you will need to show a parking pass in order to get into the dealership's lot. The parking pass is available here. Please print it out and bring it with you.

Yes, a big thank you from me as well. I had a nice chance to meet some interesting people and their vehicles. Much better participation than I ever expected. Very nice and the rain even held off!
