My drivers side exterior door handle is totally busted, and my car has been off the road for 4 days. I have been having withdrawals. I need the drivers side ext door handle assembly off an M3 (my car is a 2d. Don't know if the coupe or sedan matters?). I tried it with my 325is parts car and it wouldn't fit... Would be good if I could pick it up, if not, I'll pay priority/overnight shipping.

a coupe handle should fit. i bet the issue is that the parts car may have no window and you are trying to install the good handle into the car without removing the window first. unfortunately the window absolutely needs to come out to do this job.

I have both windows positioned out of the way. No problem getting the handles in and out, but the parts car just wont line up correctly
