Hi folks,
My 1989 635 csi highline auto with 144,000 miles has just gone into safe mode and will only go forward in 3rd. The warning light came on and I managed to get home ok. I have checked the oil level in the tranny and it's ok.
Any ideas on the checks a basic home mechanic like me can do?
