I like this one because of the softer lines. The first one seems kinda rough.

That's the MSPaint version of a vector. If you want to try a real vector, which takes lots and lots of time and editing, try this (http://www.melissaclifton.com/tutorial-vector.html) tutorial. It's using a person's face, but it's the same concept with a car. If you do them right, they can look ridiculously awesome.. like so:

this was all done in photoshop in about 5 minutes. im not trying to pass this off as vector or anything like that. im gonna do one in vector soon and i'll post it up, i just thought this was a quick and easy way to get similiar cartoonish affects without spending alot of time

The original picture is a really good picture. Finding a good setting for shots is tough sometimes, and I commend you for that.

not to be a smart-ass.
but that's actually a "vexel"

but yes, it's somewhat the same concept (doing the face, then the car)
dangeruss is amazing with the car vexel's

you are being a smart ass. pointing out vexel's is stupid. just call it vector. if it is done with paths and is mathematical just call it vector... that is as long as its still in a format that is mathmatical. otherwise lets just call it a graphic.
