Gary,

I found the image file of the BMWCCH logo. I can send it to you if you want so we can have some stickers made of that too.

Nick,

That would be great as I need that logo to see if caps and shirts can be made as well as stickers.

Nick, I got the email you sent. Thank you. The image is 88 x 115 pixels and doesn't blow up very well. I copied one from one of the old newsletters and got a bigger size. Gary I can email that to you as well as the one Nick sent me. Who ever was doing the newsletters (maybe John) would have had the original but John said his hard drive crashed and he doesn't have anything anymore.

flex, my buddy eric at advance graphics can EASILY make colored static cling decals...he's a good friend of mine...he did a few sets of the static cling numbers for the vette...and he made me a bunch of stickers for the M3 when i was racing it...

589-1744...his shop is in the old hypersports, on auahi st- right behind EEHQ (porsche dealership)...

call him, and tell him you're a good friend of mine...i'll see him later today also, so i'll pass the word on for him to be expecting a call from you...

On a technical note, that logo may not work for the printer for a static cling, depending on the print process needed. The logo has gradients, and thats' because it was done quick and dirty in photoshop and we needed a new club logo at the time for the newsletter. The gradients might not reproduce. It would be a matter of someone (better tahn me with...) using Adobe Illustrator and retracing the lines of the flag and making a vector based graphic out of it.

Actually I personally think it needs another re-design.

Island52,

Time to put your artistic skills to use, can you see what you can come up with. Just remember that the BMW logo must be separate and not touch or overlap onto any other picture.

saw eric today...he said his machine should be able to do the gradients...he said to bring the logo down and he can do a test sample on the static cling vinyl...flex, i already mentioned that you were a friend, so he's expecting you...

also, you can save the logo on a usb memory stick and he can play with it that way...easier than for him to scan a graphic...

dammit- too bad i didnt see this earlier...i can call him later and tell him...

Sob, I left my memory stick in my desk at work. Jayson what is his shop hours? I am going into town on Tuesday for the BMWCCA meeting and I can get up to his shop around 5.

Sorry I was out running errands today and was exercising the 6.

Or I can burn a cd for him and drop it off since I'm always in the area.

he's there from about 9 or 10 until 7 or later...no real "official" shop hours...your best bet is to call first though...

FLEX, he also does the stickering of the HPD cars and servco's vehicles as well...

Don't forget. Send me an e-mail with a PO request and an approximate cost.

Hehe I should have him make the badge door decal for the 6 so when we go on the cruises it is hands off of everyone in the group.

Damn, I forgot to ask National HQ for a large banner, which we could put up on the tent at the SCCA events as we rally all of the BFC and friends, at the track.
