Select the whole image..then go to Select--Modify--Border. Then set how many pixels for the border. It will create a border and you just fill in the color.

I'm going on a plane tomorrow so I can probably work on a new one on there. Are you looking for anything in particular? Helps a little if you have any ideas of what you want.

Something like the one I created in shitty windows paint check it out. If you could do something like that only cleaner and better software that would be sick.

how did you add the sun glare. that looks very good.

Filter--Render--Lens Flare. Then just positioned it in the sky to look like sun.
