BavariaMotorist 08-01-2007, 01:00 PM So I traded in my Boxster and picked up this beauty yesterday. It is the most amazing car I've ever driven. It takes corners 10-15mph faster than my Boxster with effortless ease.
It is beautiful and exhilarating. It is my dream car and I am a proud owner...
I am posting here because you locals are the only ones that matter to me on this forum. I am involved with you personally.

It is a brand new 2006. (left-over) Got it at $5k discount for $44,900 + $8000 I had to pay for my Boxster.
This car makes my Boxster and BMWs feel like dump trucks by comparison...I can take turns 10-15mph faster.

Chris: The Boxster was amazing, but this car....blows it away...it's not even a fair comparison. :D :D :D There is an autocross Friday. If you are there, you can get a ride lol

niiiiiiiice job on the car, your boxster wasn't shabby at all either .. i can only imagine how nasty that car must be .. do they have tops though? I forget, and how's the room in the cabin?

Room in cabin isn't a lot...but it's pretty comfy once you're in. Ah, it's not for everyone, I realize that.

Congrats on the purchase! I always loved the Elise before it was even here but my heart was set on getting a S54 M Coupe which I finally got last year. Once I have more room and my Integra is rebuilt, I will be looking for a used Elise!
By the way, how is the storage space, when I looked at a couple the only item I thought might fit in the stowage department was a small brieface or similar. I would hate to have to always put my laptop in the passenger seat when I drove it to work.
