1992 325ic, 112k, 5-speed, Laguna Green, tan leather interior, completely stock. Converted to manual top. Top looks brand new, new rear window (needs trim finished). Timing belt / water pump / thermostat done less than 1,000 miles ago (but two years ago) by me. Tires are "new" (less than 1,000 miles) but 2.5 years old Yokohama Avid H4s, on basketweaves. Master / slave cylinder done 400 miles ago (AAMCO). Car is now back on the road and driving fine. Has sport seats in very good condition, 13-button OBC (new light bar) with some flaking (but numbers are all untouched), original 6-speaker radio / tape deck. Rear seat has one seam tearing, about one inch. Dash is near-flawless, no cracks whatsoever, only one hard-to-locate rub spot from where my father's cupholder rested.

Clutch is original, I'm pretty sure, but without problems. Open differential. Instrument cluster works fine, but could probably stand to have the batteries replaced (coolant temp is a little spastic until it warms up). Cooling system is fine. Suspension (original) seems fine to me, but after fifteen years I bet it could stand to be updated. Brakes are fine.

Lip is missing, two or three body panels would benefit from PDR. Clearcoat is peeling in many places (especially on the hood and trunk). It has a few scratches, including one key-scratch on the trunk and rear quarter panel. Exhaust is loud, could stand to be repaired but is okay as-is. Passed MD emissions inspection a week ago easily. A/C blows very tepid air...next week I'm going to have it evacuated (it's R-12) and try Freeze12. E-brake console has three holes in it (now filled by screws) where the cell phone bracket was installed. Cell phone twirly antenna still installed in the windshield in front of the passenger. *ONE* spot of rust, just above the rear bumper, where the rear quarter panel meets up with the rear end panel. Anywhere else you'd like me to look for rust?

No CELs, no warning lights, no impending problems. Starts and runs every time...idles fine and never stalls.. Cruise control works fine. Was going to be my beater, but I'm on the fence about paying for insurance for both it and my VW. First tank back from sitting, it got 25 mpg. I have a plain key, a lighted key, and a headless key. And a clear title in-hand.

I would, without hesitation, hop in it right now and drive it anywhere. I'm in MD / south-central PA.

$4,000.

Pics. These pics are 2+ years old, but really it hasn't changed much except for a little more wear to the exterior. The roundels look better in these pics than they do now, for example. Sorry in advance for the size of them.:

When you sell it, take some of the money and buy a lawnmower.

Tha's a very nice car. Hard to believe the back seat hasn't split. My g/f has a Laguna green vert with grey interior. Your tan interior looks 1000 times better.
