View Full Version : FS: FK konigsport coilovers for e36 3 series ground control RSMs
xvxax 07-30-2007, 01:31 PM I'm moving onto ground control track kit so I'm going to sell my old suspension. For sale is my FK Konigsport setup that I purchased new 5000 miles ago. The shocks are revalved Konis, but this is a true coilover setup up front. This setup is great, stiff enough to drive spiritedly, but soft enough to the point where my girlfriend doesn't complain. The spring rates are 400lbs up front and 500 out back. Both the front and rear shocks are adjustable using koni style adjusters. The rears are not top adjustable unfortunately. Will fit any e36 or a m3 if you move your sway bar end links to the control arm. I will throw in a set of end links for free if you wish. Setup runs $1379 new. Asking $675 + shipping
Also, I'm selling my GC rear shock mounts, also with only 5000 miles on them. They fit any e36 or e46. I want $45 + shipping. SOLD

Just so you know what brand it is, FK.
spazegun2213 08-03-2007, 09:25 AM Do you have them off the car?
and where do you live in clifton, i lived there for a while. I will always love newman road.
Very Nice CO. I had a set on my Dub and loved them. To bad they don't have the sway attachment point for an M3.
xvxax 08-03-2007, 04:43 PM As soon as I have payment for them, I'll take them off the car. I can show you them in person if you'd like. Basically I want confirmation these are sold before I drop the money on a new set. I know it's weird. Let me know if you wanna see them in person. Maybe I'll drop the money on the new set tonight, but this was a feeler while I was in negotation with the seller of my new suspension. I'll send you a PM. I'm off of Compton Road, very close to Newman. Actually one of my customers lives off Newman and he's a big Porsche autocross guy. Small world I guess
xvxax 08-04-2007, 09:18 AM Bump. Lowered the price a bit.
xvxax 08-05-2007, 11:41 AM daily bump
driftinbmw 08-05-2007, 11:47 AM any pics showing the drop with wheels on for the front?
xvxax 08-05-2007, 02:54 PM Sure, but you can chose any drop you want, hence the coilovers. Someone asked for some clarification on the specs. The coilover is rebound adjustable with a koni style adjuster in the front. The shock also has rebound adjustable in the rear as well, but not at the top. You can run any camber plate on the setup, I currently use Ground Control Race camber plates which are not included in the sale.
Here is a picture of the car with the coilovers on it:

busterhax 08-12-2007, 10:42 PM are these capable of the same droppage as pss9's?(sorry im a suspension noob)
xvxax 08-12-2007, 11:47 PM You can go as low as you wish if you take the helper spring out as I had. You could literally ride on the bumpstops I guess if that's your thing. There's a lot of adjustability.
busterhax 08-13-2007, 12:27 AM pm'd you
Feuerräder 08-13-2007, 02:33 PM Solt :alright :redspot
xvxax 08-13-2007, 04:30 PM Everything is now sold.
