I'm interested in picking up an X5 - a straight up trade or trade + cash depending on trim level of the X5. My 540i is a 6-speed manual with every trim package except cold weather. Currently has 95k miles on it with a new clutch and a fresh oil change. Interior is black leather and is in beautiful shape. Paint is in great condition and the car has never been in an accident or been resprayed to my knowledge. It has been a NW car all of it's life (originally from Portland, then spent the last few years in Seattle before coming down with me to SF).
