Dean, a local friend of mine picked up a new car and wanted to go out and take some pics. I decided to take the car that hasn't seen any love lately... One pic has a clue to what Dean picked up, but I'll leave the other pics of his car for him to post.

I haven't cared much for the wheels since I got them with the other car, but they are starting to grow on me.

Our style's seem to be a little diff, but I do like your location... There arent many shaded area's with cool backgrounds around KC. When one of the cars gets a little paint, I will start getting a little closer, until then I will hide all the litte things that drive me up the wall.:cool

Thanks, using a Rebel XT and most of those were shot with 50mm/1.8 Canon or 70-300/4-5.6 Sigma.

I can't wait to be able to afford some good glass, but I will learn all I can with what I have until then.

Man, your last couple sets are what got me motivated! I just can't get the quality you have in your pictures. Are you using a tripod with longer exposures or something?

Nice shots, Great compisition, nice lighting, Good choice of background and fairly decent angles...Well done.

K.C. has lots of cool spots to shoot.......down on the Plaza,parks,curved urban groomed streets etc. Drive around and when you find possible pix locales...write them down with a basic map and your ideas.:)
On a nice day and permitting car condition....go shoot !

I think SF is one of the most beautiful places in the US!!!! oh man I wen there for 2 weeks awhile back, man Id love to take my car and a model with me..... God, cant believe you cant think of a place with all that urban terrain everywhere, and the parks oh my the parks!!!!!! Id like to drive my car up into the park next to the modern art museum by the waterfall, thatd be so pimp!!!

There are some great places, its just hard to take the time to get out and shoot. I need to get another local pumped about doing it so I can bounce idea's off them while driving around.

The paint on this car is pretty nice but the hood, trunk, rear bumper all need to be repainted and most likely will get treatment soon.

Both of my cars are 4/92 525's. The car in this thread is an auto, and the manual is in my sig which has some cams. Both have suspension, wheels/tires, etc..

I gotta agree with you about SF.. Its a really cool place. I used 3M tape... If you look at a pin stripe guide and toward the bottom is a 3/4" satin black stripe. perfect for the shadowline and its made to be in the weather like normal pinstripes. The e32 is a 750i

Thank you, I like that red filler too, I keep one on this car and the black on on the other car. Mine is an aftermarket one they sold in europe, but I need to find a OEM one.

She was kinda dirty in the pics, wheels needed to be cleaned and it had been rained on a few times since its last wash, but its nice to see it still looks decent in pics.
