I have the midpipe with cats and resonators from my 95 325i. Its ODBI with the cross over piece for a single O2 sensor. The cats had been previously replaced by the prior owner so they are not original and I didn't pass smog with these. It came close though.

Not sure if there is any value other than for a cheap track pipe after gutting the cats (they aren't plugged) or a M50 into E30 engine swap.
