Before I take it to service. I will like to ask in this forum.

1) When i brake I hear those annoying common sqeals you hear when your breaks begin to mess up. Could be simpler then new brakes? But ill tell you this, the front brakes are working like a champ. Is this something the dealer will charge me hourly to check out??

2) I starting to feel the car lag a bit when i take off. Like a delay, it goes, then lags then takes of. Its not a smooth take off. Any ideas?

and last which is the annoyance, and its driving me nutz. From the slot where my seatbelt comes out over my shoulder i continue hearing the squeal out of the slot. Each time I move in the car I can hear it and its so annoyaning.

thanks in advance guys.

1) bmw is currently conducting an audit, at most dealers. so your brake concern will just be ignored, as it is not a safety issue, or worn out brake pads. there is no bullitin in reguards to brake pad sensors on the e90.

2) the throttle is a progressive setup. this is normal.

3) the dealer should take care of this for you. but ask the tech or shop foreman drive the vehicle with you so they can fix it right the first time.

If you're brakes are squealing it's because of brake dust. Go to a powerwash car wash and spray out the calipers and it should go away. If you really have a bad squeal (pad sensor feel like a grind) you may have to bed the brakes again if you glazed them.

What does "Progressive setup" mean, and for that matter, what ever it does mean, it sucks

I think there's a lag in the throttle response. I wouldn't call it progressive, I'd call it a lazy response of idle. Try using DS mode or "fake shift".
