Seats can be used. Everything else plan on major surgery. Go to terry slayther's site and look what it took for an E 36 transplant. It would be one wicked assed car though! look at the frankenbimmer.

Not possible, they are probably five-lug. 2002 is 4x100

wheel size, tire size offset. I don't know if anyone makes an adapter for it. I guess if you also flare it anything is possible. My daughter has a Z3 and although I don't see it much at all, I think factory wheels are 17. I stuck a set of E 30 Konigs on my stock 02 and drove it approximately 2 miles. I think the offset is 22 and the tires are 205/15/55. They rubbed on the rear fender lip so hard that it literally carved a gouge in the sidewall. I don't want to rain on anyone's parade with these little cars, but you might be on the road cheaper by selling the Z3 stuff and doing some wheel shopping for a set of 4 x 100 wheels with the right offset. There may still be some of these availablehttp://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p120/2man02s/DSC00069.jpg

Z3 wheels are 5 lug. if the Z3 M rims are all fronts, you have a pretty good chance of selling them to non M Z3 owners. if they are 2 fronts and 2 rears, a Z3 M guy might pick them up as a spare set.

4x100 <-> 5x120 adapter is impossible to make, try drawing the holes ;-)

Anyways, with 2002 i'd stick to M10 & S14, they are correct engines for that. No FWD shit with these classics, please! (that's in case "BMW Mine S" means Mini)
