I'm selling my Schrick manifold on ebay. I bought it from VAC motorsports with their porting package. Then I had it sent to extrude hone and had them power flow it. Extrude honing it matches all the cylinders and makes the runner finish very smooth. All this was done because my company is developing an aftermarket manifold for E36 six cylinders. This manifold was created to see just what gains are available from increased flow. We also tried different spacers on the plenum to determine which plenum size would be optimum. The manifold was tested on my 328i with both the stock M52 and an S52. Comparisons were made with an S50 manifold aswell as the S52 manifold. The Schrick was substancially more powerful with no loss in low-end torque when compared to the S50. Most of the testing was done at the track (1/4 mile) with only a few dyno pulls. One worth noting is that we made 205hp at the wheels on a mustang dyno on a 328 with nothing but the manifold, Shark injector, CAI, and a fan delete. Later with the S52 motor we ran door to door with a AA chipped E46 M3. The guy thought we had a turbo and forced us to pull over after the first run. We ran the E46 a few more times in every situation you could imagine. We didn't have exhaust, 24#, or a 540 meter. In fact, the car was a 4dr with a 2.93 open diff and the stock 328i exhaust. Anyways, the point is, the manifold is now for sale on ebay, it's runs great, I have over $2000 invested in it and my reserve is half that.
