the pigtail harness connects the stock hookup and extends it to the other side of the engine bay for the turbo hfm area hookup correct? if this is what Im thinking of il take that. I need the HFM and 42# injectors but i think I need used ones for a better price..

Correct. On side of the Pig-tail plugs into the 993TT MAF which you would have by the turbo. The other end of the pig-tail splices into your exsiting wiring harness.

FWIW, Bimmerworld stocks the 993 MAF for $350.00 and Karl H. from AA Tuning quoted $45.00 + the shipping obviously to make the harness for an OBD1 M3 *Shrugs* . . . just saying. That total is less than what you're asking for the MAF alone, new used or whatever it's still a second hand purchase, just my $0.02.

I didn't wanna be the person that said, I got a qutoe two days ago from Karl, for $800.00 for both injectors and 993 maf.

I will be fair though it didn't have the pin plug.

Well I leave these items for negotiation.
