I have an 86 635 and I'm having a lot of trouble bleeding the cooling system. Ive finaly got coolant coming out of the bleed screw consistantly but theirs no heat out of the vents. The temp gauge is only about half way up and the cap on the tank is still venting. please help thanks in advance

Do you mean the temp gauge is only half to running temp? What about heater core is it in good shape?

thanks guys but I ended up blowing the engine anyway i took it out for a test drive an pushed it a little harder than i should have but anyway i'm thinkin about puting a small block v8 in it so i started a thread in the conversions forum
