That is Glacier Girl (http://www.thelostsquadron.com/), a P38 that was pulled from under nearly 300 feet of ice and restored to factory-new. Pretty amazing story - was the subject of a Discovery or History Channel documentary. It happened to be on my way home, and it was a little lucky to find out I was in the neighborhood the night before I would have passed it. The fact that the guy at the museum (who was the lead of the recovery team!) opened the hangar and let me back my car up next to it was freakin' incredible.
