I saw a guy with this license plate tonight on the way home. Black 4-door M3 (97-98?) with an RMS exhaust (sounded good), and I think an E46M3 style front bumper cover. Very nice car.

We exchanged "thumbs up" and went our separate ways. Anyone know him? :)
