Hi. I just arrived in the Bay Area and will need to get my cars registered in California. After doing a bit of reading, I now understand California smog laws and the 2-component nature of smog testing here (the test and the visual)

Anyways, I have multiple vehicles that I need to register here and I would like to establish a relationship with a friendly, patient, and understanding smog guy.
