From what I've read there's an AutoX on August 11th. The next cookout is on August 18th.

Besides the 2 pre-planned events mentioned, you can always plan one yourself as well, or ask for some help in planning a GTG.

If you come out to the cookout on the 18th you can see Lee get mauled by my dogs. If Rob is in town he likes to get bitten by them too.

*Disclaimer: No dogs are harmed in this event. All decoys/helpers/bait are wearing fully padded training bite sleeves to minimize injury to both themselves and the dogs. My dogs just like to play rougher than most.

Just an FYI, there is a large conglomerate of Southeast US e30's planning to run the Dragon that weekend being planned from the r3vlimited forums. A few of us on these boards won't be around (and damnit, I wanted to try to make the next cookout and meet you guys).

Ah young grasshoppah, I believe you are mistaken. Young nygdup was referring to teh cookout being on teh same day as teh mountain run. Besides it's not like they won't be finished by the time teh cookout starts at 1900hrs.

On another note, teh run is made up of mostly r3vlimited folks. Does that sound like a crowd you really want to associate with?

E30tech isn't much better, but they have a good bit of MS and turbo knowledge there. I've gotten most of my E30 knowledge from friends and the E30 section here, and why is that? Because BF.c is the best muthafuccin BMW forum on the net :)

parts are good....

GA section is fun. Good Peeps

e30 section is good

e36 and e36 M3 section sucks ass... some guy just posted what color should he paint his M3 and if he should paint his carbon fiber hood. Daily someone post what exhaust they should get and if ANYONE has EVER tried the ebay clear tail lights.

The rides and styling is horrible. Get to look at the SAME car over and over again. Well different cars but the same looking.

The kills section... wow what a horrible subsection. Time to kill that off.

OT is fun :) as always!

Eh, it's not the greatest crowd, but its how I found about this site. I think I followed m3alpine99 over, not that that was necessarily the best person to follow.

Heh, I have strong opinions about e30 forums. I don't really agree with any of you.

Suffice it to say I post mostly on r3v, and almost never in the e30 section here.
