I'm bringing a goat since it is the animal of choice for animal sacrifices in satanic worship.

We really need re-education camps in this country. Nobody hears the great music these days.

At least that's what I think when I turn on the radio these days. I thank God every day for my DICE module and micro drives that hold all my Anthrax, Megadeth, Metallica (nothing past Black, please), and Rush.

Don't forget the classics too like Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Motorhead, etc.

I do concur on the IPOD integration. It's the only way to listen to consistently good music.

Once upon a time, I was out on a date with a younger woman - who was a music major, no less - when we stopped into a record store (well, CDs anyway). As I perused the racks, she looked at some of the selections I was picking up. She seemed particularly puzzled by one group's name.

"Who is that... ello?" she asked, "What's ello?" :conf

I looked at the album.

E.L.O.

"You know what," I said, "I think I need to take you home." :az

"What??" she replied, even more confused, "But... why??"

"You're a music major, right?" :confused

"Yeah... so?" :dunno

"Never mind," I said, "Time to go." :rolleyes

Oh DAMN! I am very fortunate that even though my wife is 13 yrs younger than me she has great taste in music!

I took her to go see the Eagles a few years back at Philips Arena and she new every song word for word except for their newest song at the time. She likes RUSH, Sabbath, Zep, Hendrix, Eagles, Boston, ELO, Metallica, Antrax, Slayer, Rammstein, etc.

I definitely got me a keeper. :buttrock:buttrock:buttrock

Now if only she knew how to cook! Hey baby!!!!! I love ya! Happy Birthday by the way!!!

Well, this girl was very sweet, but yeah, that was actually where that stopped. I literally didn't see her again after that. I don't know if she ever figured it out. :rofl

I would agree. After some initial confusion, GP finally came around to realize what good work Rush does. Now she actually asks me for CDs to go in her car. :buttrock

I bet she had a great personality too, :devillook. I can't say that I blame ya for dropping her after a comment like that.

Why is it that most women ruin the illusion as soon as they open their mouths? :paranoid: :paranoid: :paranoid:

We saw LoG with Amon Amarth at the Masquerade several months ago. Also saw Halestorm, Silvertide & Shinedown there the next week.........I'd say the Halestorm, Silvertide, Shinedown show was better just because it wasn't as loud and distorted.
LoG was just to damn loud in that small of a venue. :nono :buttrock

Actually, she was quite cute, stacked like a Playmate, and good & curvy where it counts. :boobies :naughty

But as a very wise man once said to me about teh wimmenz: "Sooner or later, you have to talk to them." And with "ello?" I knew no matter what happened, it would end badly. :thumbdown

Fortunately, I was old enough to know when to save myself the hassle. So I did. :)

Amon Amarth was who I was thinking of with LoG. Next time you are coming down the the Masq let Heather & I know. It's not like we don't live within walking distance to the place.
