Well, last night I got out of my car, and everything is fine, the front drivers are working perfectly. Today I get in to go to work, and all I hear is bass from the speakers behind the seat... nothing happened overnight, they just decide to not work and occasionally crackle and hiss -- even when the radio is off. So I investigated in the trunk to see if anything happened, and apparently it had rained and some water leaked in back there in the battery cavity. I am not sure what the small black box next to the battery is, but maybe the water affected that which screwed the speakers... any ideas?

Alright, it isn't the speakers, it is definitely the audio controller in the back. Apparently it gets wet back there >=( during huge rain storms that flood my back yard. Does anyone know how much one of those would cost to replace if I was to buy it outright?
